Welcome to Love to Learn Playhouse (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, including all information, tools, services, and bookings offered through it (the “Site”).

By using our Site or booking a class, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

1. Services

We offer classes and sessions that may be booked through our Site. Details such as class descriptions, pricing, age requirements, and availability are provided on the Site and are subject to change.

2. Bookings & Payments

All classes must be booked in advance through our website or approved third-party platforms.
Full payment is typically required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide notice and offer a refund or reschedule option.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

All classes can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 2 hours prior to the start of class time. Credits will not be issued for classes cancelled or rescheduled without 2 hours notice.
TO RESCHEDULE: Login through the website or app, go to your booking, and click "reschedule".
TO CANCEL: Login through the website or app and cancel your session. For session packages cancelled or rescheduled classes will automatically be added back to your sessions. For single sessions, you can message us through the website/app or email us at info@lovetolearnplayhouse.com to request a credit session to be added to your account. Credit sessions are not automatically generated for single sessions. Credit sessions are good for one year. No refunds will be issued.

4. Code of Conduct

We strive to create a safe and welcoming environment. By participating in our classes, you agree to:

Treat instructors, staff, and other participants respectfully
Follow all posted safety guidelines and instructions
Supervise children at all times

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a class or session without refund for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.

5. Health and Safety

By attending our classes, you acknowledge and accept all inherent risks related to physical activity and participation. Please notify us of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs at the time of booking.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, images, and materials on our Site and used in our classes are owned by or licensed to Love to Learn Playhouse and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Love to Learn Playhouse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the Site or participation in our classes.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
