At Love To Learn Playhouse, our goal is to maintain a safe, flexible, and family-friendly environment. Please review the following policies to help ensure the best experience for all families.

Booking Classes & Open Play Sessions

 

 

• All classes and open play sessions are bookable up to the class start time.

• No walk-ins. Materials are prepared based on registered class size.

• Please check availability via our app, website, or by calling us.

 

 

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

 

 

• You may cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours before class time.

• No credits will be issued for cancellations made less than 2 hours before the session.

 

 

To Reschedule or Cancel:

• Website: Click Menu Icon> Select the circle icon with your initial> My Bookings > Select Your Session>  Select Reschedule or Cancel

• App: My Profile> Bookings > Select Your Session > Select Reschedule or Cancel

If you have a Discounted 4 Session Pass:

 

• Canceled/rescheduled classes will automatically be credited back to your package.

 

 

If you purchased a Single Session:

 

• Message us using the chat icon on the website or Spaces app  to request a credit session (good for 1 year).

• Credit Sessions- will appear in the payment dropdown at checkout for your next booking.

• No refunds are issued for cancelled classes​

Credit sessions are not automatically generated for single sessions. You will need to notify us to add a credit session

 to your account.

Sibling Policy

 

 

• Each paid session includes up to 3 siblings, but each child must still be registered.

• Siblings over 6 months must be booked and fall within class age requirements:

  Infants under 6 months may attend all sessions without registration.

Play With Me                    6 months- 3 years

Messy Play                       18 month- 4 years

Family Open Play               0- 5 years

Just the Babies                  12 months & under

 

 

How to Register a Free Sibling:

Message us via the chat icon on the website or app, or email us, to request a free sibling be added to your session.

 

For high-demand sessions, early booking is strongly encouraged- your spot is not guaranteed until you receive confirmation from us via email.​​

Older Siblings

 

 

Older siblings are welcome during:

 

• Our special Older Sibling Week (e.g., Winter Break).

• Pop-up sessions that specifically include their age range.

​

Older siblings are unable to attend regular class sessions otherwise.

 

​

Class Structure & Times

 

 

Each class includes:

 

• 15 minutes warm-up free play

• 45 minutes guided class activities

• 15 minutes bonus free play

​

Please do not arrive early or stay past the end of class time.

Instructors need time to prep and sanitize between classes.

 

Class Times:

 

• 9:15 AM – 10:30 AM

• 10:45 AM – 12:00 PM

• 12:15 PM – 6:00 PM (Weekday Open Play)

• 9:30 AM- 12:30 PM (Weekend Open Play)

 

 

Caregiver participation is required.

Please supervise your child at all times.

 

 

Food & Drinks

 

 

• Snacks may be eaten in the designated snack area only.

• No food or drink inside the gated play area.

• Please clean up after your child and be mindful of allergies.

• Please encourage your child to wash their hands prior to re-entering the Play area.
