Booking Classes / Open Play Sessions
All of our classes/ open play sessions are “drop-in sessions”, meaning you can pay per class with no commitment, but each class needs to be booked prior to the start of class time. NO WALK-INS. Please check our app, website, or call for availability. We only have enough materials for the indicated class sizes and we do not want to turn anyone away so please be sure you are registered for the class you are attending!
Cancellation Policy
All classes can be canceled or rescheduled up to 2 hours prior to the start of class time. Credits will not be issued for classes canceled or rescheduled without 2 hours notice.
TO RESCHEDULE: Login through the website - Go to "my bookings" and click "reschedule'. Or on the app click on your booking and select 'reschedule'.
TO CANCEL: Login through the website or app and cancel your class.
**For Session Packages - canceled or rescheduled classes will automatically be added back to your sessions.
**For Single Sessions- you can message us through the website or email us at info@lovetolearnplayhouse.com to request a credit class be added to your account. Credit classes are good for one year and will appear in the drop down payment menu at checkout. No refunds will be issued.
Booking Free Siblings
Each paid session includes up to 3 siblings. However, each child needs to be booked for the class. Siblings over 6 months old are required to be registered for classes and due to the use of more advanced materials in older classes they must adhere to class age ranges for each session:

Just the Babies -FREE Social Hour: 12 mo & Under
Only siblings under 6 months can attend all sessions and do not need to be registered.
Ways to Register a Free Sibling:

For Single Sessions: Use the coupon code 1SIBLING or 2SIBLINGS at checkout. Coupon code will not work on the app and must be done using the website.

For Session Packages: Please email us or send us a message using the "chat'' icon on the app and we would be happy to add them to the schedule. *Please allow up to 24 hours notice and wait for confirmation via email that they have been added* For more popular class times we recommend booking in advance.

You can register both children (it will deduct two sessions from your account) and then email or message us to replenish
one session to your account.
Older Siblings Policy
Love to Learn Playhouse offers a special older siblings week during the week of Christmas break in which older siblings are allowed to attend classes with their younger siblings. Older siblings are unable to attend classes outside of this special siblings week.
Class Structure
Each class includes 15 minutes warm up free play, 45 minutes class instruction and 15 minutes bonus free play time at the end of each class. Please be sure to adhere to the posted class times to allow adequate time for disinfecting between sessions.
Please refrain from arriving early to classes to be sure to allow instructors adequate time to disinfect and prep materials between sessions. The first 10-15 minutes of each class are “warm up free play” and circle time will not begin until 10-15 minutes into the class session.
Class Times:
9:15 am - 10:30 am
10:45 am - 12:00 p.m.
12:15 - 4:30 pm (Open Play)
4:45 pm - 6:00 pm
*Parent participation is required in all of our sessions. Please be sure to supervise your child at all times.*
Food & Drinks
There is a small snack area where children are welcome to use at any point during their class or open play time. No food or drinks are permitted inside the gated play area. Please be sure to clean up after any snacks and be mindful
of food allergies.

When calling the Playhouse please be sure to leave a message as our instructors cannot answer while teaching a class but can return your call as soon as the class is over. You may also text the Playhouse phone number.
