Service Description
We offer semi-structured play & learn classes designed for children 6 months – 3 years. Each week a new class is introduced and available during multiple time slots throughout the day and offered 5 days week. All classes are 1 hour and 15 minutes long and offer a mixture of instructor led and child led playtime. The classes include songs, dancing, weekly themed learning activities, bubbles, free play, and story time. The last 15-20 minute segment of the class is an extra optional free play session included in the class price. Our classes are designed to help entertain and engage children in a mixed aged setting while still allowing them to play freely as they choose. All classes are for a caregiver & child to attend and participate in together. *We are a socks only facility.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy All classes can be canceled or rescheduled up to 2 hours prior to the start of class time. Credits will not be issued for classes canceled or rescheduled without 2 hours notice. TO RESCHEDULE: Login through the website (cannot be done on the app). Go to "my bookings" and click "reschedule". TO CANCEL: Login through the website or app and cancel your class. **For Session Packages - canceled or rescheduled classes will automatically be added back to your sessions. **For Single Sessions- you can message us through the website or email us at info@lovetolearnplayhouse.com to request a coupon code for a future class. Coupon codes are good for one year. No refunds will be issued. Booking Free Siblings Each paid session includes up to 3 siblings. However, each child needs to be booked for the class. Siblings over 6 months old are required to be registered for classes and due to the use of more advanced materials in older classes they must adhere to class age ranges for each session: Play With Me Classes: 6 months - 3 years Messy Play Classes: 18 mo - 3 years Preschool Playgroup: 2.5 - 4 years Family Open Play: 5 & under Just the Babies -FREE Social Hour: 12 mo & Under Only siblings under 6 months can attend all sessions and do not need to be registered. Ways to Register a Free Sibling: For Single Sessions: Use the coupon code 1SIBLING or 2SIBLINGS at checkout. Coupon code will not work on the app and must be done using the website. For Session Packages: Please email us or send us a message using the "chat'' icon on the app and we would be happy to add them to the schedule. *Please allow up to 24 hours notice and wait for confirmation via email that they have been added* For more popular class times we recommend booking in advance. -OR- You can register both children (it will deduct two sessions from your account) and then email or message us to replenish one session to your account.
