Refund/cancellation policy for classes and open play sessions (Please note: Private space rentals and special events follow separate cancellation policies.) All classes can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 2 hours prior to the start of class time. Credits will not be issued for classes cancelled or rescheduled without 2 hours notice.


TO RESCHEDULE: Login through the website or app, go to your booking, and click "reschedule".


TO CANCEL: Login through the website or app and cancel your session.

For session packages cancelled or rescheduled classes will automatically be added back to your sessions. 

 

Credit sessions for single bookings must be requested and are not automatically generated.

​

You can request a credit by messaging us through the website/app or emailing info@lovetolearnplayhouse.com.

​

Credit sessions remain valid until our closing date of 2/21 /26. ​​
