Service Description
Our unstructured Open Play sessions are offered multiple times throughout the week, giving children the freedom to explore and play at their own pace. Kids have access to all equipment and weekly themed toys in a space thoughtfully designed for infants through preschoolers—perfect for crawlers, early walkers, and active toddlers. Please note: These sessions do not include class instruction

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy All classes and open play sessions can be canceled or rescheduled up to 2 hours prior to the start of class time. Credits will not be issued for classes canceled or rescheduled without 2 hours notice. TO RESCHEDULE: Login through the website or app, navigate to "My Bookings" and select "Reschedule". TO CANCEL: Login through the website or app and cancel your class. For Class Passes and Open Play Passes - canceled or rescheduled classes will automatically be added back to your sessions. For Single Sessions- you can message us through the chat feature on the website or app, or email us at info@lovetolearnplayhouse.com to request a credit session to be added to your account. Credit sessions are good for one year. No refunds will be issued. *Please note: for single sessions credits are not automatically generated and you will need to notify us to request a credit session be added to your account.
