Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled up to 2 hours before the scheduled start time. Please note that credits will not be issued for sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 2 hours’ notice. To Cancel: Log in through the website or app, navigate to “My Bookings,” and select “Cancel Session.” After canceling, please message or email us to request a credit be added to your account. Please note: Credits are not automatically generated and you will need to notify us to request your credit session.
